Artificial Intelligence Policy
At Velora, we design, market, and maintain software related to human resources management in companies through our SaaS ATS (Applicant Tracking System) platform to manage talent in a fast and efficient way.
To carry out this activity, we employ AI systems that we use in an ethical, legal, and transparent manner, always for the benefit of people and the strategic objectives of the organization, under the following guiding principles:
- Transparency and explainability of AI systems.
- Adequate human oversight and accountability.
- Proactive management of technical, ethical, and social risks.
- Fairness and non-discrimination in automated processes.
- Protection of personal data and privacy in AI environments.
- Promotion of sustainability.
These principles serve as the foundation for setting AI-related objectives that allow us to continuously improve our management system.
Likewise, the organization’s management is committed to complying with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as any other obligations subscribed by the organization, especially its commitment to the security measures established in the UNE-ISO/IEC 27001:2022 standard on Information Security, Cybersecurity, and Privacy Protection, and those determined by the UNE-ISO/IEC 42001 standard on Artificial Intelligence Management Systems.
This policy is reviewed annually or whenever relevant changes occur in the technological, regulatory, or strategic context.
