Before starting the process.

  3. Organize the interviews. Prepare the schedule of personal interviews that you are going to carry out with the candidates who have passed the first filter.
  4. Do the round of interviews. Personal interviews must be carried out with qualified candidates in order to get to know them better and make the final decision.
  5. Prepare the job offer. After comparing all the candidates and making a decision, you have to prepare the job offer for the chosen candidate. In addition, you must also notify candidates who have not finally been selected and provide them with feedback on their process.

After the process.

  1. Learn about the candidate's experience. Learn how the candidate - now a new employee - has experienced the process to know what points to improve in future processes if necessary.
